I’ve built teams from the ground up, creating environments where people thrive, many of whom have followed me across multiple companies.

I’ve always had a growth mindset, using it to strengthen business strategies, streamline operations, and craft experiences that connect people and create lasting impact.  I’m wired to fix what’s broken, refine what works, and build environments where both companies and people can thrive.

Alongside GTM Edit, I’m launching C’est Si Bon, a lifestyle brand that celebrates connection through home entertaining and the art of creating cozy, inviting spaces. Whether I’m architecting a demand engine, planning an intimate dinner for friends, or curating a scent that evokes a specific emotional response, my passion is creating experiences that spark connection and make life just a little more awesome.

I live in Austin, TX, with my husband Mike and our dog Poppy. When I’m not working, you’ll find me cooking, binge-watching the latest shows, planning parties, and constantly redecorating my home. Brunch is my favorite meal. I love great bottles of wine and fancy cocktails sipped over long dinners with friends and family. I’m addicted to beauty products, sneakers, cozy blankets, and things that smell pretty.
